Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteering with the Steamship Freshspring Trust offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the preservation of maritime heritage while developing new skills and connecting with a community of like-minded individuals. The Trust welcomes volunteers from diverse backgrounds and emphasises that no prior experience is necessary, as training is provided as needed.

Volunteer Commitment

Volunteers are encouraged to contribute time that suits their availability. Regular working days are typically held on Wednesdays, with prior booking advised. The ship is also open to visitors on Sundays from 11 am to 4 pm during the season, providing additional opportunities for volunteer involvement.
